Fair and Easy Refunds and Returns
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel an order contact us ASAP via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide all necessary information regarding your order: order number and email address used to place the order.
We will get back to you via email informing you about the status of your order!
Please keep in mind that unless cancellation takes place before shipment has been processed, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you.
After we have confirmed that the order has indeed been cancelled in time, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
Therefore, you can request a refund for products if:
* you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing),
*you receive the wrong item(s).
We do not issue a refund if:
*your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, items left at another address by postal services, and so on.)
*your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, and so on).
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending an email message to email@example.com.
Faulty and Wrong Items
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use.
Although we try our best to prevent any damage to your goods during transportation, it is possible that problems may occur.
We also have high standards when it comes to preparing your order, however, mistakes can occur from time to time.
Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or wrong item.
If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. Please provide details of the fault and attach pictures of the parcel and the problematic product to your message so we can have any chance of evaluating the situation.
As part of our customer objectives, we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
We will review each case individually and provide the best solution possible.
We can offer a refund, a partial refund, a discount for future purchase or a reshipment of the item(-s). In case of refund, we will process it back to the original account used to purchase the item. It can take extra 5-10 working days to be processed.

Undelivered or Uncleared Goods
www.mypurebeautyshop.com are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing you consent that your purchase may legally be shipped and imported by law and without restriction to you. You also consent that any possible custom fees are payable solely and entirely by you upon entry of the purchased item(s) in your country.
Undelivered items, unclaimed articles from postal or courier services and parcels that did not pass through customs / tax clearance do not warrant a refund.
Never send an item back to any address advertised on this site. Our customer care officer will provide you clear instructions by email.
